Empire Riverside Hotel Hamburg

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with amazing views of the river. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities, including the spa and gym, were excellent. The location right on the waterfront provided fine views from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early and providing helpful transportation assistance. The breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The Empire Riverside Hotel offers fine river views, spacious and modern rooms with comfortable beds, and excellent service from the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's restaurant, Waterkant, is a must-visit, offering fabulous dining. The location is perfect, close to the docks and within walking distance of everything.

Stylish waterfront hotel with unique design. Generous wetroom and full sized bath in nicely designed rooms. Trendy cocktail bar on top floor with separate queue. Landmark tower with panoramic views. Convenient cupboards in room for personal belongings. Spa with excellent sauna and Turkish bath. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Close to bus stops and underground stations. Spectacular bar on the coast nearby. Great view of River Elbe. Breakfast with lots of fresh fruits.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, bringing me special pillows and even allowing for a last-minute late checkout when I wasn't feeling well. The housekeeping was attentive and understood my preferences, leaving the duvet out of the covers for the second night. The view from my room overlooking the port and river was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel itself was pristine and the amenities were top-notch. I was amazed by the traveler's survival kit provided, complete with a handy bag. The sushi restaurant was a standout, and the bar staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast spread was heavenly and catered to all tastes. the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel truly made my stay special.

The hotel is located in an area very near to the city center and is known for its vibrant nightlife. Guests can easily explore Hamburg's lively red light district, with its bustling bars and windows-girls. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The service and reception are satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offers a decent selection of food. the hotel's location and amenities make it a convenient choice for visitors looking to experience Hamburg's nightlife.

Internet access could be faster.

The hotel's location was excellent, situated in the heart of the lively St Pauli neighborhood. This meant that there were plenty of bars, clubs, and restaurants to explore. The views from the higher levels of the hotel were amazing, especially at night and during sunrise. It was definitely worth paying extra for a room with a frontal view of the harbor. The breakfast selection at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The surrounding area, particularly the so-called red light district, was quite filthy. It was a shame that such a vibrant city had such a dirty area.

Fine views and convenient location. The room was excellent and had amazing views of the port of Hamburg. The rooftop bar, 20up, offered the best views in the city. The wellness area with saunas and a gym was very nice. The hotel also provided free public parking on nearby streets.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the city center and the harbor. You can easily walk to the bars at New Year's Eve and it's situated in a nice area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good shower pressure. The breakfast buffet offers a large selection and the staff are friendly.

The free Wi-Fi is very poor and you have to pay for an upgrade to get a higher bandwidth.

The Empire Riverside Hotel in Hamburg is a gem! The location offers fine views of the Elbe and the stylish rooms are practical and comfortable. The Waterkant restaurant is a must-visit, with fabulous food and great staff. The sky bar and cocktail bar on the 20th floor are also fantastic. We loved being in the vibrant neighborhood of St. Pauli and would definitely return.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, they even fulfilled our special requests such as a room with a view of the river and a late check-out. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from our room, we could have stayed there forever. The rooftop was also a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.
